The winner will receive a Lego set of their choice from us worth a maximum of £1,500 gross. The winner shall indicate any set from any online shop.
What is the challenge all about? - The competition at a glance
- Build something original (of your own design) with your Lego bricks.
- Place a piece of paper with the Cetel logo printed on it next to your build and take a photo.
- In the comment of the post of 28.01 (on our Fb profile), write the name of the building and the slogan #LEGOzCETEL, also attach a photo of your work with the card.
- We will present the three most interesting works in our opinion in the next Facebook voting post.

Detailed Terms and Conditions of the "Lego with Cetel" competition.
- These rules set out the conditions for taking part in the competition "LEGO with CETEL". hereafter referred to as Regulations.
- The competition is held in the Republic of Poland and is not a game of chance, lottery, betting, promotional lottery or any other form of game of chance.
- The organiser of the Competition "LEGO with CETEL".hereinafter referred to as the Contest is "Cetel Serwis" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Głuchów, ul. Komornicka 16, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs run by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000102015, with the share capital of
in the amount of PLN 300,000.00, NIP: 7791018967, REGON: 630363901. - Participant in the Competition can be any Facebook user visiting the Contest Organizer's fanpage, located at: https://www.facebook.com/hurtownia.instalacyjna/ (hereinafter the "Fanpage"). The Contest participant is a person with full legal capacity.
Employees of the Organiser and entities involved in the preparation of the Competition, as well as their descendants, ascendants, siblings, spouses, persons in a relationship of adoption or actual cohabitation with these persons, cannot participate in the Competition as Participants. - The aim of the Competition is to encourage the creation of a creative construction from Lego bricks alone, of one's own authorship, hereinafter referred to as the Competition Work. The procurement of the Lego elements from which the Competition Work is to be constructed is the responsibility of the Competition Participant, on his/her own. With the Winner's consent, the Organiser may purchase the winning Competition Work. This can only take place after the payment of the amount for the Competition Work set by the Participant (who is also the owner of the bricks) to the Participant's designated account. The Organiser may, at the end of the Competition, donate the winning Competition Work for auction for charitable purposes.
- In order to participate in the "LEGO with CETEL" Competition, it is necessary to:
(a) making a signed declaration by sending an e-mail to the following address konkurs@cetel.pl with the contents supplemented by the personal data indicated:
"I am entering the 'LEGO with CETEL' Competition.
I hereby declare that I have read the Rules and Regulations of the Lego Cetel Competition for the best work made with Lego bricks, which I accept and undertake to abide by.
I indicate my personal data:

necessary for the proper settlement of the prize obtained in the Lego Cetel competition from Cetel Serwis Sp. z o.o. and I agree to the processing of my personal data in this regard by the above mentioned Company.
I transfer the copyrights to the Competition Work, photographs, description in accordance with the Regulations to the Organiser".
b) to accept the Rules of the competition, which are available on the Organiser's website https://blog.cetel-hurtownia.pl/. - Facebook is fully indemnified by each participant. The promotion is also in no way sponsored, endorsed or conducted by or associated with Facebook.
- Competition work - is an idea for a work (piece) that:
(a) will be fixed in physical form with Lego bricks owned by the Entrant,
b) represents a construction/building of any theme (a reference to the activities of Cetel Ltd. is welcome),
(c) it has a name, which must be entered together with #LEGOzCETEL in the comment of the post announcing the competition (e.g. "Tree house #LEGOzCETEL"),
(d) it is innovative, meaning that it is a new and unique creation (not an original model from a Lego manufacturer's kit, built according to the manufacturer's instructions),
(e) is characterised by careful workmanship and aesthetics,
(f) has not been awarded prizes in other competitions,
(g) one Competition Participant may make one Competition Work. - Conditions for participation in the Competition:
a) Participation in the Competition and the related provision of personal data is voluntary,
b) to submit to the Organiser a declaration on the transfer of copyright to the Competition Work, by 10 February 2022.
(c) the submission to the Organiser of consent to the processing of personal data, by 10 February 2022.
(d) acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Competition, by 10 February 2022.
(e) the granting of the above consents and the transfer of rights is entirely voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent you from taking part in the Competition,
f) to create a creative and innovative Competition Work, consisting of the construction of a work of his/her own authorship from Lego bricks on any subject (a reference to the activity of Cetel Sp. z o. o. is welcome), until 10 February 2022.
g) submitting to the Organiser a declaration that the Competition Work submitted by the Entrant, as well as the photograph of that work and other descriptive elements, do not contain any content that violates the law or is contrary to good morals, in particular do not infringe the rights of third parties, by 10 February 2022.
h) sharing one photo of the submitted Competition Work in the commentary of the post announcing the Competition on the Organiser's fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/hurtownia.instalacyjna/whereby the picture should show the work of the blocks and next to it the organiser's logo (Cetel Sp. z o.o.) printed on a sheet, until 10 February 2022.
i) writing by the Participant (next to the photo in the post announcing the competition on the Organizer's fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/hurtownia.instalacyjna/) a comment containing name the work performed and password with the content "#LEGOzCETEL" by 10 February 2022 (e.g. "Treehouse #LEGOzCETEL"),
(j) and sending the same photograph of the Competition Work to: konkurs@cetel.pl together with the name of the work in the title of the message, the application, and the necessary data and statements referred to in the section of these Rules by 10 February 2022. - STAGES OF THE COMPETITION:
a) 28 January - 10 February 2022 - Participants send an application with a photo and statements while accepting these Regulations. By this time, Participants must simultaneously comply with the conditions of participation contained in sections 6.,8. and 9. of these Regulations.
b) 11 February 2022 - the organiser indicates on this date on his profile facebook.com/wholesale.installation The three best entries in the opinion of the Organiser.
c) 11 - 17 February 2022 - During this time, there will be an opportunity to vote for one of the three Competition Works provided by the Organiser in the photo in the post on 11 February 2022, on the Organiser's fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/hurtownia.instalacyjna/.
Voting takes place by means of emoticons located under the aforementioned photo of the Organiser. Each Competition Work on the photo will be marked (identified) with one of three emoticons: Super, Ha, ha, Wow, whereby their value of expressed emotion is equal and the Organiser's marking of selected Competition Works with them is random. One Facebook user can vote for a selected Work only once. The Work with the highest number of votes (in the form of emoticons) by the end of 17 February 2022 wins.
d) 18 February 2022 - the Organiser indicates one Winner of the Competition by indicating the first name and the first letter of the surname. Announcement of the result of the Competition consists of the Organiser indicating the photo of the Competition Work meeting the criteria described in the Rules and at the same time gaining the highest number of the assigned smiley. The winning Contest Work will be awarded a material prize funded by the Organiser of the Competition, i.e. a set of Lego bricks of the Winner's choice with a value of up to PLN 1,500 gross (one thousand five hundred zlotys).
e) 18 - 24 February 2022 - the winner of the competition informs the Organiser (by e-mail) of the name and number of any Lego brick set of his/her choice, with the set not exceeding the amount of PLN 1,500 gross in any internet shop indicated, via a link to any shop website, to the Competition Organiser's address konkurs@cetel.pl.
(f) 25 February 2022 - 10 March - the Organiser will deliver the prize to the Winner by post or courier service according to the place of residence indicated by the Participant in the email application.
g) At the end of the Competition, the Organiser has the right to purchase the Winner's Work, subject to terms and conditions previously agreed and accepted by both parties. - AWARDS
The prize in the LEGOzCETEL Competition is in kind.
a) For the sole Winner in the Competition, the Organiser has provided a material prize - a set of Lego bricks of the Winner's choice, of a value of up to PLN 1,500 gross (one thousand five hundred zloty).
b) The winner of the competition is obliged to provide the Organiser with the data necessary for the transfer of the prize (address, telephone number) in an email to konkurs@cetel.pl. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE COMPETITION WORKS
a) By taking part in the Competition, the Entrant simultaneously declares that he/she is the sole author of the Competition Work and that he/she is entitled to full proprietary copyrights to the Competition Work together with its photographs. In exchange for the right to participate in the Competition, the Organiser acquires from the Entrant the right to use, on the basis of a transfer of all property rights to the Competition Work together with its photographs and description, for the purpose of the Competition, and from the winners in perpetuity. The Participant transfers respectively the author's economic rights to the above works in all fields of exploitation, as well as the dependent rights to the above works and to the Organiser, including in particular:
- fixation and reproduction by any technique (in any system, format and medium), including, but not limited to, print, photographic film, magnetic tape, digital,
- marketing,
- input to computer memory, to a computer and/or multimedia network, to databases,
- making available to the public in such a way, at such a place and at such a time as he or she chooses (including, but not limited to, making available on the Internet, as well as within the framework of any telecommunications services using any systems and devices),
- display, display,
- analogue and digital broadcasting of vision and/or sound (whether encoded or unencoded, whether or not free of charge, in any system, format or technology) by wire or wireless over a terrestrial station and by satellite, inter alia via digital platforms, cable networks, telecommunications connections, mobile TV, IPTV, DSL, ADSL, any computer network (including the internet), etc,
- re-broadcasting of analogue and digital video and/or audio (encoded or unencoded, whether paid or unpaid, in any system, format or technology) by means of, inter alia, digital platforms, cable networks, telecommunications connections, mobile television, IPTV, DSL, ADSL, any computer network (including the Internet),
- in all other forms of communication, promotion, advertising, labelling and production of goods.
(b) The Participant agrees to the anonymous dissemination of the aforementioned works by the Organiser.
c) Upon delivery of the description or photographs of the Competition Work, the Organiser acquires full author's economic rights and subsidiary rights, and accordingly the ownership of the copies of these works without any territorial or quantitative restrictions. - PERSONAL DATA
a) The Administrator of the personal data of the Contest Participants is "Cetel Serwis" sp. z o.o. Komornicka 16 Street, Głuchowo, e-mail: konkurs@cetel.pl tel. 512 285 123. The Administrator processes the personal data provided by the Participants in the application of the Contest Work (i.e. name and surname, town, address, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as the personal data provided in connection with submitting a complaint or the data needed to transfer the prize money to the Participant).
(b) The controller processes personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose, which is:
- the proper execution of the Competition (its organisation and conduct) in accordance with the Regulations, and in particular to provide Participants with the opportunity to participate in the Competition - the basis for the processing of personal data is the Participant's voluntary consent in accordance with - Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "RODO");
- the fulfilment of the Organiser's/Administrator's legitimate interest, the amicable resolution of a possible dispute, the defence against directed claims and the processing of complaints,
- fulfilment of tax obligations - on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.
c) The provision of personal data by the Entrant in the Application is voluntary, but necessary in order to take part in the Competition or to realise the Prize in the Competition respectively. The provision of personal data by the Entrant in the body of the complaint is also voluntary, but necessary for the Organiser to process the complaint. The provision of data by the Participant needed to transfer the prize money to the Participant is also voluntary, but necessary to transfer the prize.
(d) The controller will process personal data for the following periods:
- the data of the Competition Participants - no longer than 6 months after the expiry of the period for handling complaints and resolving possible disputes,
- the data of the Prize Winners in the Competition - for no longer than 5 years from the date on which the tax obligation arises or until the statute of limitations for claims, whichever is later.
e) the Controller may subcontract to other entities acting on the Controller's instructions - to the extent that this is necessary for the purposes of the processing of those data
(f) The participant has the right at any time to:
- to confirm that their personal data is being processed, to access their data and to obtain a copy of their data,
- correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete personal data,
- request the erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data - whereby the request will be met if the requirements set out in Articles 17 and 18 of the RODO are met,
- portability of personal data,
- objections,
- revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before revocation (insofar as the data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO).
g) In order to obtain information on the processing of their personal data and to exercise their rights, data subjects should make an enquiry to the Controller, who should be contacted by email by sending an email to: konkurs@cetel.pl.
h) Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw - in the event that personal data is found to be processed unlawfully. - PRINCIPLES OF THE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
a) Complaints about the running of the Competition can be made by e-mail to konkurs@cetel.pl.
b) The complaint should contain the name, surname and address of the Competition participant, as well as a detailed description and indication of the reason for the complaint.
(c) Complaints are dealt with by the Organiser within 14 days of submission.
d) The Organiser's decision regarding the complaint is final and binding. The Competition Participant will be notified of the Organiser's decision by e-mail within 7 days from the date of consideration of the complaint. - FINAL PROVISIONS
a) In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
b) The Contest Participant may resign from the Contest at any time by submitting a statement to the Organizer's e-mail address. konkurs@cetel.pl. In the event of withdrawal from the Competition, the Organiser will immediately delete the personal data of the person withdrawing from the Competition made available only for the purposes of the Competition.
c) In the event of an infringement of the Rules by an Entrant in the Competition, the Organiser shall be entitled to exclude that Entrant from the Competition.
(d) The rights arising from participation in the Competition cannot be transferred by the Participant to a third party.
e) The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or carried out by Facebook or the Lego brand and is not associated with them. Accordingly, each Entrant fully releases Facebook and the Lego brand from any and all liability in connection with the Competition.
(f) The Regulations shall enter into force on 28 January 2022.
