TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION "Free delivery over £199".

PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the Promotion "Free delivery over 199 PLN" is Cetel Serwis sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Głuchów, ul. Komornicka 16, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000102015, with the share capital of 300,000.00 PLN, NIP: 7791018967, REGON: 630363901.
2. The promotion is run via the online shop cetel-wholesalehereinafter referred to as the "Shop".
3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The promotion starts on 17.05.2022 and continues until further notice.
2. The promotion only applies to orders with shipping to addresses located in Poland.
3. The promotion is open to all natural and legal persons.
4. You can take advantage of the promotion by placing and paying for an order with a minimum value of £199 in the Store.
5. Once the order has been placed, the shipping costs in the shopping cart will automatically be reduced to PLN 0 and the customer will not incur any shipping costs for the goods they have ordered.
6. If the customer makes a partial withdrawal from the contract (returns part of the purchased goods), the contract for the returned goods shall be deemed not to have been concluded in the eyes of the law. The contract is then concluded only for the products that ultimately remain with the customer. Therefore, if the final contract is concluded for an amount less than PLN 199 (the customer does not meet the terms and conditions of the Promotion), the Organiser has the right to deduct the cost of the shipping method chosen by the customer from the amount returned to the customer for the goods from the purchase of which the customer has withdrawn. The goods shall be returned at the customer's expense.
7. Free delivery applies from £199 for prepaid orders to parcel machines, Inpost courier, and DPD for orders up to 25 kg. 
8. The promotion does not apply to cash on delivery.
9. The customer can use the promotion multiple times.
10. The reward received in the promotion (free shipping) cannot be exchanged for a cash or material equivalent.
11. The personal data of the participants in the Promotion will be used on the basis of the applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
12. All matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the generally applicable provisions of Polish law.

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be made by email to marketing@cetel.pl.
2. In order to expedite the processing of your complaint, please provide a description of the reasons justifying your complaint.
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt by the Promoter.
